About the Brand:
Novaflow Digital is a specialist marketing agency helping schools, colleges, and early learning centres grow enrolments through Google and Meta Ads. With experience on the inside of education, they understand the pressure of filling year levels and hitting key targets. Their work spans four countries, backed by an "Enrolment Guarantee" that sets them apart in a niche space.
The Problem:
Ahead of an upcoming expo, Novaflow needed a refresh. Their previous banner and booth materials lacked the impact needed to stand out in a crowded event space. They wanted marketing collateral that would not only reflect their bold brand but also attract foot traffic, spark conversations, and drive interest in their services.
The Approach:
Inspired by their logo, I created a design system that visually connected their digital ad services with the school environment. We collaborated closely to bring the brand to life across six key assets, including a large backdrop, flyer, tri-fold brochure, wine tags, and a QR-code poster. The process was fast-paced and collaborative, with all first drafts delivered within the first week.
The Results:
The final result was a polished, cohesive booth presence that turned heads and drew people in. Their competition saw a spike in participation, foot traffic increased, and engagement with their marketing audit offer grew. Novaflow walked away with marketing materials that not only looked great but delivered on strategy.
